At Byozcetextile, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it under the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The returned products must be unused, and in their original packaging.
• The tags on the products must not be removed.

2. Return Process

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

2. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return shipping address and other necessary information.
3. Send the product in its original packaging, along with the invoice and all accessories, to the specified address.
4. For the safety and traceability of the shipment, keep your cargo tracking number.

3. Return Shipping Fee

• If the product is defective or incorrectly sent, the return shipping fee will be covered by our company.
• In other cases, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Return and Refund

Once the returned product arrives at our facility, its compliance with the return conditions will be checked. If the return is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. Exceptions

• Soiled or dirty products cannot be returned.
