Why don't you use the payment on delivery system?
As By Özce Tekstil, our business area is focused on wholesale sales and high-volume product shipments. Within this business model, the payment on delivery system is not suitable for both operational and logistical processes. Our company has been making regular product shipments to all over Turkey for many years and has gained recognition and trust in the sector during this process. To ensure that shipment, production, and planning processes are not disrupted in high-volume orders, we accept our orders with prepayment and corporate payment methods. This practice ensures that orders are prepared in a planned manner and shipped on time.
Is By Özce Tekstil a reliable company?
Yes. By Özce Tekstil is a corporate company with its own production facility in Istanbul, actively engaged in production and wholesale sales for many years. Our company, which has a tax plate, official address information, and export documents, carries out regular shipments to all 81 provinces of Turkey and many countries.
Why are your product prices so affordable?
Since we produce our products in our own factory and offer them directly for sale, there are no intermediaries, commissions, or extra costs. This way, we can offer quality products at more competitive prices according to market conditions.
Do you do retail sales?
No. By Özce Tekstil only does wholesale sales. Our products are offered based on box, package, or piece wholesale sales. There is no retail sales or single product shipment.
When will my orders be shipped?
The products offered for sale at By Özce Tekstil are shipped as ready stock. Therefore, there is no additional production process for your orders. After the order is received, the products are shipped within 3-5 business days after the preparation and packaging processes are completed. The shipping time may vary depending on the order content and operational intensity. When the shipment is completed, cargo or warehouse information is sent to you.
Can we come to your warehouse to pick up products?
Yes. Our customers who wish can come to our warehouses to pick up products. You can examine the products on site and receive them directly from our current stocks. Our tea and coffee are always ready; we look forward to seeing you at our warehouse.
Do you ship products to everywhere in Turkey?
Yes. As By Özce Tekstil, there is no province or district where we have not sold products to date. We have an active shipping network throughout Turkey. Our customers who wish can contact us via our WhatsApp line to request reference company information and warehouse company information that we can direct them to.
